Other items such as Event Tents, Retractable Banners, Table Throws, One Off Single (not bulk) Rigid Signs, Business Cards, Acrylic Signs with Standoffs, Feather Flags, X-Banners, Yard Arm Sign and Frames, A-Board Signs, A-Frame Banners, etc are typically 5 business days, but can take longer depending upon the scope of the project and current production loads. Expedited Production and Delivery is available for most of these products for an additional cost.
When we state that your order will deliver within 2 days, this means, for example, if you order a custom vinyl banner and have a file that we print directly from without any change, and your order is placed before 2pm Pacific Time on a weekday, Monday-Friday, except holidays, we will print the Next business day and Deliver it the Following business day. ***** Please see Design Tab to learn when the Production time clock begins!
*** Production Times begin typically under Two Conditions: 1) You are a graphic designer and uploaded Print Ready files that do not require any intervention and we print directly from your file that is sized accurately to the proportion of your order with proper file resolution etc. 2) If you hire us to design or edit your project, we will email or text you a design layout for your approval. All artwork approval must be prior to 2pm on a business workday (Monday-Friday) to qualify for the production time to begin, otherwise it will count as the following day as the first production day.
Regardless if you are our next door neighbor or in Fairbanks Alaska or Key West Florida. We deliver all online banner orders typically by FedEx Next Day, Free of Charge. We only provide Free Delivery and your order may Not be picked up locally. We offer Free Delivery to our customers as a convenience to you and to our production team, this allows us to focus on producing your order without the interruption and scheduling of office will call visits. If you do not want your order delivered, or do not have a good delivery address, please enter an alternate delivery address to a friend or relative where you can receive a FedEx Delivery. Many customers ask for a discount to pick the order up locally, however, there are no discounts for not wanting delivery, because Free Delivery is just that FREE at no additional cost. So please ensure that you give yourself enough time when placing your order.
